2022 is off to a great start—we are excited about what is to come! We wanted to take the opportunity to share some of our business and personal highlights from last year. Our deepest “thanks” to you for your unwavering support and loyalty—it is because of you that any level of success we may have is possible. As our clientele continues to grow, we have dedicated ourselves toward expanding the services we offer, as well as our team, to better meet your needs and those individuals that you personally refer us to. In spite of the many challenges that COVID-19 has presented, last year proved to be full of so many wonderful twists and turns; we will do our best to highlight them here.
Professional Highlights
H&H Financial Group had a record-breaking year—we were personally introduced to 171 new families (13% more) than the two years prior. This means an opportunity to guide those friends, family, and coworkers from where they are today, to where they want to be financially in the future. Thank you for allowing us to take care of those who mean the most to you.
Luke and Manda attend the Eagle Summit Meeting virtually, hosted by Eagle Strategies LLC (a New York Life Ins. Co. affiliate), and specific to Financial Advisors. The Theme: How to Overcome, Adapt and Thrive! Insight on emerging trends and how they will impact the role of the advisor.
Erica joins our team as a Case Manager Amber is promoted to Director of Operations & Client Experience Kyle is featured in New York Life’s District Agent Quarterly newsletter, due to his 100% advisor team member retention. Kyle discusses the importance of having a strong support team in place, so that our Financial Advisors can dedicate themselves towards meeting with prospects and clients, uncovering their problems and offering solutions to those problems.
Samantha H. starts the FiveStars Study Group—designed for Operations Directors to collaborate in their role. This is the first of its kind in New York Life’s history.
Jen starts her studies to prepare for her life and health license. We’re proud of her dedication to continue learning!
Samantha I. is promoted to the Director of Case Management Zach becomes an Associate Partner, after 18 months of hard work toward becoming licensed

Personal Highlights
Even in the midst of everything going on in the world, our team took every opportunity to celebrate life and the joys that 2021 brought, including babies, engagements, new personal and business challenges, and the reopening of events and venues. - Karen reads Ina Garten’s Modern Comfort Food cookbook, which combines 3 of her favorite hobbies: reading, cooking, and eating delicious food!
